FILE/PC/Personal Crates
We provide re-usable, recycled crates for the packing and removal of all your filing and employee personal items. Your IT equipment can be packed into 'IT crates' which will provide a seamless removal for your employees from origin to destination.
Packing & Un-Packing
Our reliable experienced packing team is available to advise you on how best to pack your office furniture and filings so that any potential damage in transit it minimised. We use materials such as packing tape, bubble wrap, industry specific furniture blankets and wraps. Our fleet of vehicles is suitable for the loading and transport of office effects. Our team of trained drivers and packers will ensure the safe loading and unloading of all your business items - so depending on your requirements and budget we can provide packing and unpacking services to you on your move.
IT Removals
You know your system and we know how to move it. We have a team that are dedicated to your IT move and will work closely with your IT Department to ensure a seamless move for your IT infrastructure. Each piece of IT equipment will be wrapped in anti static bubble wrap and placed into a large Computer Crate. PC cables, keyboards, mice and modems will be placed into anti-static cable bags for safekeeping. Each member of staff will be called upon to label their PC by placing one label on their monitor and one label on their hard drive in advance of the move.

Crating
If you have valuable items: for example, an antique painting or bureau, we have the capability to transport this in a bespoke wooden crate made to measure specifically for your valuable belongings.
Labels
Move Plus will provide different color labels for identification purposes during the office relocation. These labels are easily removed and can be placed on all items being relocated to the new office. These colour labels will be delivered with the file crates in advance of the move.

We have experience of storing everything and anything and ensure maximum care at all times. All items entering or leaving our storage facilities are subjected to strict inventory checks. Our rates are competitive and pick up and delivery can be provided at any time which suits you.
Insurance
You have the option of arranging insurance cover whilst in storage or in transit. We can furnish you with quotes for both.

Materials
We resource industry specific and approved materials for our moves, furniguard, bubble wrap, anti static bubble wrap for IT, sofa jackets, tri-wall cardboard boxes for extra protection, paper blankets, cotton blankets.
Weekend / Week Day moves
The Move Plus Crew's are available to work late in the evenings, and on weekends, including night crews throughout the week and weekends.
Lifts
Move Plus will protect all at risk surfaces during a move; the lift, floors and sides, the entrance to the building etc. if necessary.
Disassembly & Reassembly
Move Plus fitters will disassemble any furniture or shelving necessary; in advance of the move. At the destination point our staff will reassemble all items of furniture according to your floor plans.
